在代表臺灣主視覺的信義區，我們不只是狂歡不睡，更要表達身為首都的自由與包容。
以「起義吧！Time to Rise Up」作為主題，我們邀請臺灣及國際的藝術家和表演者透過創作回應社會、提出倡議，以藝術與議題的激盪創造多樣的公眾參與形式，讓白晝之夜不僅是一場城市文化活動，更是一場挑戰與創新的藝術實驗、一場反映時代的社會倡議行動。

Time to Rise Up! Behold the freedom and inclusivity of Taiwan at Nuit Blanche
Here at the Xinyi District, the key visual for Taiwan, we don’t just party all night long, but voice the freedom and inclusivity of the capital city.
Under the theme “Time to Rise Up,” artists and performers at home and abroad were invited to respond to the society and present their advocacies through their works. Myriad forms of civic buzz were born from the interplay of arts and issues. As such, it is more than an event of urban culture at Nuit Blanche. It further presents an art experiment of challenges and innovations as well as an action of social advocacy that reflects the times.
