用料理和城市對話・用味道向基隆致敬
基隆，自17世紀大航海時期起，便在全球商貿版圖中占有一席之地，當文化隨著時間落地生根，便在這座港都衍生出一道道在地的獨門滋味。
2022年城市博覽會，我們以「有一種味道在基隆上岸」為題，策劃一場包含咖哩沙茶、傳統糕餅、港都咖啡三種主題的飲食文化特展，另外我們也邀請到29個台灣餐飲趨勢品牌，打造特色市集「大基隆。市」，以港都自15世紀起發展的歷史為軸，設計各色致敬料理，帶領大家透過味道來探索基隆。

2022 Keelung City Expo
Talk with City with Dishes; Salute to Keelung with Tastes
Keelung has been marked on the global commercial trade map since the 17th century in the Age of Sail. As cultures took roots here in time, unique tastes were born in this harbor city.
In the 2022 City Expo, under the theme “A Taste Goes Ashore in Keelung,” we curated a culinary culture exhibition at the Zhengbin Fishermen Association Building with topics of Shacha Curry, Traditional Pastry, and Harbor City Coffee, guiding visitors to explore Keelung via tastes.
