A Taste Goes Ashore in Keelung (2022 City Expo|Keelung Zhengbin Section)

用料理和城市對話・用味道向基隆致敬

基隆,自17世紀大航海時期起,便在全球商貿版圖中占有一席之地。她是北台灣面對世界的首站,長久以來吸引了各國族群在此駐足,當文化隨著時間落地生根,便在這座港都衍生出一道道在地的獨門滋味。

2022年城市博覽會,我們以「有一種味道在基隆上岸」為題,在漁會正濱大樓策劃一場包含咖哩沙茶、傳統糕餅、港都咖啡三種主題的飲食文化特展,帶領觀眾透過味道來探索基隆。

另外在正濱漁港畔,我們也與策展人米力、食材達人徐仲合作,邀請到29個引領台灣餐飲趨勢的品牌,打造首場以基隆為名的特色市集「大基隆。市」,以港都自15世紀起發展的歷史為軸,設計各色致敬料理,探索港都多元飲食激盪交融的豐富面貌及文化底蘊。

Talk with City with Dishes; Salute to Keelung with Tastes

Keelung has been marked on the global commercial trade map since the 17th century in the Age of Sail. She is the window to the world for Taiwan. For years, it has attracted various people around the world. As cultures took roots here in time, unique tastes were born in this harbor city.

In the 2022 City Expo, under the theme “A Taste Goes Ashore in Keelung,” we curated a culinary culture exhibition at the Zhengbin Fishermen Association Building with topics of Shacha Curry, Traditional Pastry, and Harbor City Coffee, guiding visitors to explore Keelung via tastes.

Also, by the shore of the Zhengbin Fishing Port, working with curator Milly and gourmet Zhong Xu, we invited 29 leading F&B brands in Taiwan to create the first feature fair “Grand Keelung, the City ” in the name of Keelung. Centering around the harbor city’s history unfolded in the 15th century, we designed various homage dishes to survey the harbor city’s rich landscape and cultural legacy born from the fusion of diverse cuisines.
